Extremist Court overturns landmark abortion ruling Roe v. Wade

Updated: Jun 25

It is official. The Christian Zealots on the Supreme Court have overturned Roe v. Wade, in a 6-3 decision, the Court on Friday released its landmark decision.

Roe v. Wade established a woman’s right to control and make decisions regarding her body. The ruling marks a seismic shift in abortion law. And will usher in new rules limiting or banning access to the procedure. Including Victims of rape and incest. This would include children as young as 12 years old, forced to carry their RAPISTS or FATHERS' BABY to term, in thirteen states.

The court's conservative majority, including new Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, sided with abortion opponents. Who argued that the 1973 decision was wrongly decided and should be overturned.

Abortion rights advocates are vowing to fight the ruling, leading to abortion being outlawed in twenty-two states. It is a dramatic turn of events after years in which abortion rights seemed safe from serious challenges. Even the above-mentioned Justices testified that it was settled law, during their confirmation hearings.

“It’s a sad day for the court and for the country,” Biden said at the White House. He urged voters to make it a defining issue in the November elections, declaring, “This decision must not be the final word.”

The court's decision is a victory for abortion opponents and a devastating blow to abortion rights advocates. It is likely to energize both sides of the abortion debate in the 2022 midterm elections.
